The Flint Barrens Construction company is owned by Rickam Ond, a dwarven magic user who has increased his familial wealth with shrewd investments and cut throat business dealings. He is building Lightning Villa, a vacation resort based on the 'healing' properties of hot springs. The elite of Steel Resolve Hold will come down the Egg Creek in glass covered river boats which will protect them from the harsh winter elements of the Iron Maw Mountains. When they get to the first dam, they will exit the glass covered boats and take a funicular (incline for those in the Burgh) to the lower waters, where they will be gently floated in open air barges to the resort itself. Mayor Ttillipin Gtillipin Tarragon is eagerly waiting the opening of Lightning Villa, because it will mean many jobs for the people of the Harvest Hills. Rickam Ond has spent large sums of money in the region, including buying up properties near where the resort will be and other more notable places.
