This has to a contender as the grandest and most beautiful citadel of the north, it is ruled over, as it has been for countless generations, by House of Philon. The ancient roots of their culture are clearly very different from those of the rest of the northern Houses.
They are the only House in the north to have ice tracks indoors that they race down on ice skates.
Outside the citadel in an enormous maze is the garden of ice sculpture, showing off local ice based art pieces in their traditional style. It is thought to be an incredibly romantic place and is popular with young lovers courting one another despite or perhaps because of the fact the cold makes all but the briefest of displays of intimacy impossible.
