A coastal citadel ruled over by the House of Twain. It shares its basic style with their other larger citadel of Highfaith in that it consists of three large towers with the central tower being the tallest of the three. In both cases the top of the middle tower is reserved for the Twain family and their advisors. These are luxurious rooms decorated in the local style.

Unlike other Houses who stable their giant steeds inside their citadels, the Twain believes it is more natural and healthier for them to be stabled on the grassland directly around the citadel.

Despite the towers coastal location their is no fishing allowed off the side of the building and the seas are too monster ridden for fishing with boats. There is a small industry taking tourists to the citadel out onto one of the western balconies that over look the ocean to go sea monster spotting. For extra money the guides will get drones to drop in live jambalow as bait to ensure the tourists some action.

Like life at Highfaith the citadel of Nullah is governed by the ideas of The Society of the Bond. The day begins and dawn and ends at sundown, as that is said to be the natural way. Four times a day the tannoy system announces a minute of silent contemplation of the Bond. The truly observant do this at one of the four temples in the citadel.
