Home to the House of Barkhome. The citadel is famous for the rock of Lostmere that still sits on top of the massive building on a garden rooftop of considerable scale. The rock was the site of the great battle in the north and after their victory the House brought the entire massive stone back with them, still stained with the blood of their enemies.
Like many of the woodland houses the bottom floors of their citadel act as an entrance way for merchants and as a stables for the House's great hounds. Thanks to Prince Forrand Carnhold to whom they owe their allegiance, there has been a boom in trade, goods have started flooding into the citadel and its ground floor markets have now had to be extended to the floors above.
The lower floors also contain an enormous paper mill where much of the paper used across The Kingdom is created. The lumberjacks of the House are well known and carefully manage the resources they use, planting new trees and not over logging certain areas.
The lumberjacks can been seen across the Principality of Forrand. They wear large rigs, similar to the armour rigs used by knights of other houses. These rig suits give them the strength to use enormous blades with chainsaws fitted.
The warriors of the House are known for arming themselves with Chainsaw Swords, that can tear through even the thickest armour rig.
The floors above those are dedicated to the Fedean School. Many Fedean masters from other houses come and study here and it is known throughout The Kingdom as a centre of excellence in the skills of calligraphy and swordsmanship.
