Elmira Kelmys was trained by a brilliant healer in Hroth and was supposed to take on that healer's duties after she passed away. Instead, Elmira offered dubious cures at outrageous prices, earning her the ire of the townsfolk. She was murdered in her home by The Bloody Cobbler 3 1/2 months before the PCs arrived in Sithicus.
