Llewel Halamar was the son of Garra Halamar, the owner of a prosperous stone quarry which employed many of the citizens of Hroth. Although the elder Halamar is respected as an fair and hard-working businessman, his son was disliked for being a carouser, a drunk, and a bully. Llewel was murdered in an alley behind The Metal Sign Inn (Shop) 5 1/2 months before the PCs arrived in Sithicus.
