The Splinterstone Quarry is owned by Garra Halamar. About a week before the party arrived in Hroth, workers digging a new tunnel accidentally dug into an ancient mass grave and unleashed a grave elemental which killed several workers. The quarry was effectively shut down until the party was able to destroy the creature.
