It is directed at Edwin and tells him to search for the original Skill Encyclopedia since by the time Edwin finds it, it should be full of information about these skills. It warns him that getting this book was not something locals agreed with, but it fails to mention that this book was in Halos' possession forever and it is the most famous and valuable book in Orihan history. And that V.E.C. was the one to steal it.
