This wand has 1 charge. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges to cast the Blacksphere spell (save DC 16) from it.

The wand regains 1 expended charge daily at dawn.


Blacksphere

4th level evocation

Casting Time: 1 action

Range: 60ft

Radius: 30/10ft

Components: V S M (A small flask of oil)

Duration: 2 rounds

A black sphere of force shoots forth from you hand towards a point and explode upon impact. When it explodes each creature in a 30 foot radius takes 5d4 force damage and each creature within 10ft must make a Dexterity saving throw. Creatures failing the saving throw are trapped in a 10-foot radius sphere of force for the duration of the spell. Even if they make the saving throw they still take damage from the blacksphere itself.

Higher levels

Casting this spell at a higher level adds 2d4 damage for each level above 4th.
