The party takes a short rest in the parlor of me Morovar's house.
They're interrupted by one of the guards that accompanied the derro, asking them to follow him to the guard house.
There the adventurers see the Derro have been thrown into a holding cell and multiple guards have been wounded.
After a short discussion guard captain Jarnos takes Merryblossom apart and directs the party to the Beached Leviathan where they meet Berrymoss (Boyan's new character) and where they have a long talk on the next steps.
They have a long rest in castle Never and meet up in Morovar's house.
They return to the central room and take the path leading to the black tower.
They follow some footsteps to a secret stash and find a black amulet.
They carefully sneak towards the black tower and ascend the outside staircase.
There's a tense discussion with Valygar, but a promise of new spells (Fyfe) swings the discussion and leads to a tenuous promise that they will help him rejoin his former servants.

The dissapearance of Bettle Berch (once the adventurers are back in the Maze (communicated by Ubar Bashal)
Ubar Bashal has been assigned to oversee this mission on part of the University (the Dean had other responsibilities)
Edwin Daramos came by asking how the adventurers are doing. He's doing better (he's been suffering from panic attacks the last 3 days and spent that time in the hospital ward).
If there's time Prof Bashal would like to talk to the adventurers about what the reasons behind this event may be.
In two days the Derro will be placed back under the responsability of the adventurers.
They can't keep them at the jail, don't want to put them in prison and also do not want them to settle in Neverwinter (The Derro also do not want this).
