Offensive usage:

Add an electro die added to your dice pool. This dice starts at 1d4, and is stepped up once to a maximum of d12 for every turn before yours where electro is used in the dice pool consecutively. The streak is broken when electro is not used in a dice pool. 

If the dice is stepped up at least one time (meaning that electro was used in the turn directly before yours), generate one Elemental Energy point for yourself and the character that passed the initiative to you. 


Defensive usage:

Shock: if you are attacked with a dice pool that contains an electro die, you have advantage on all of the dice used in your defensive pool.
