Read Harriet feels the pull of More first:
Aparret refused to move. He had already learned to hide out in the wild. It was the first lesson he learned. You find a good spot and stay still. He had also learned that the dragon troops were not to be trifled with. He had seen these guys attack several random travelers. Off to the west a group approached. They were led by a knight. He wished he could reach them as they were about to stumble on the troops. He looked back to his hive pack. Did he have anything.
Nothing came to his mind. Harriet came crawling out of the hive to mount up on his shoulder. "Hi Harriet. I think they are in trouble." They both looked down. The small bee started to buzz around. She would buzz Aparret and head towards the group. The weirdly clean face of Aparret looked at the bee. "What?" The bee buzzed even more. To their surprise the group moved in and dispatched the dragon troops. They moved so smoothly. Each used very unique abilityies and overwhelmed the guards. They had magic and the knight through a net. Harriet's wings drooped as she landed again.
The group moved up and around a bend. They lost site of them. Aparret debated moving to see, but Harriet posed to sting him if he did not, "okay, okay, we can check it out. They had to move to a ledge that was some distance to watch. The group started to mess with the guardian of the portal. He had known about the portal from clan tales. he knew not to mess with the thing as it would kill anyone involved. Harriet went crazy. He knew she wanted him to get involved.
He moved to be able to support them, but lost site of them as he moved. Harriet would fly up ahead and come back as if telling him something, but he could not understand her. He moved carefully. He came up on a new safe ledge, just as it was going terribly for the group. The net thrower was being sucked into the dust as the small dark elf lost grip of him. They all ran from the area. He was too late. He had hoped to find them before they engaged. He moved over to try and talk to them as they quickly moved to safety.
