Iac'luin was discovered in the 600s PW by travelers from the northlands. There, when they anchored at the southern coast of the continent, they found a lush and untamed wilderness, with a deep and dark taiga, consisting of massive evergreens that they had never seen before. Today, much of Iac'luin is unexplored, as its dense southern forest is surprisingly dangerous, littered with ancient ruins from the Era of Mystery, and the further you go inland, the harder it gets to traverse. Nonetheless, the people have made it through the forests, or sailed across the shoreline, to find a tundra beyond it, barely settled by natives that sustain themselves on fishing. While sizeable, much of Iac'luin isn't settled, but it attracts adventurers who try to make a name for themselves within its forest and ruins.
