The High Elves, composed of the Moon- and Sun-Elves, are some of the most magically adept Elves on Sancstoryl. Sadly, they're also often known for being their uptightness and sense of superiority; although, it's often not nearly as extreme as with other races, and Moon-Elves tend to be more affable than not. On ancient Sancstoryl, they got along quite famously with the Mikaru.
