The patron god of evil Kobolds, creator god of Kobolds, and Tiamat's most trusted servant. It is said that after his kobolds enslaved the newly created Gnomes of the world, he was tricked and trapped by the god of gnomes, Garl Glittergold. This has since started a strong rivalry between the two races, and an unrelenting hatred towards gnomes by followers of Kurtulmak.
