An enigmatic archwizard living with his Half-Orc husband, Urzug Hammerrun, in a tower in the mountains of Grehel. Proudly displaying both a modified holy symbol of Athena, as well as the King- and Support-Rank pins of the Liwilai Adventurer's Guild, despite not doing much adventuring work anymore, Wagner at least seems to be a wizened and well-learned person with a heart of gold.
