Though its King is of Argondian origin, Napolae is often the first country that comes to mind when people think of Corniola. Large parts of the kingdom still have a distinctly Rumasian influence, reaching back to the Great Liwilai Empire of Old. The ruins of Pompan, a town destroyed by the eruption of the Vusava-Volcano when The Great Liwilai Empire still existed, were considered a treasure trove for archeologists who wished to find out more about the old empire. Foodies also appreciate Napolae, as its cuisine is world-famous, and much of it defines overarching Corniolan cuisine. Nonetheless, Napolae may be famous and large in size, but it's still one of the more rural parts of Corniola.
