Only known by Zora under the names “Fetcher”, "Finch" or "Filch". A criminal in Magrasta who operates several businesses under false names, including an underground fighting ring. Has been blackmailing Zora with a doctored missing person poster which he turned into a wanted poster, using her as a goon and a fighter for his underground fighting ring. Recent information has revealed that he used to be a legendary thief in the south-eastern town of Mursiya.
After kidnapping Zora's adoptive father Kort Daum, in order to blackmail Zora to return under his employ, he was vanquished after his plan went sideways when the Agate Seekers infiltrated his hideout. From letters that were found on his desk, it seems like he had ties to a mysterious organization called the Jailers of the End, and he had some correspondences with The Bloodletters, before communication broke down after a theft from the latter.
