A Half-Elf wizard who, invisibly, gave Ione Plutarch some magical assistance when fighting the Agate Seekers during their ambush. Mialee's boyfriend that she met during her time in Barovia in the Demiplane of Dread. An Evocation Wizard - Victor is particularly fond of fire spells as well as Magic Missile. While slightly fearful during combat, Victor tends to stick close to Mialee unless she decides to to run into the fray, at which point he'll start using his spells to cover for her. Originally a human, turned into a Half-Elf in a ritual. Once he was free from Barovia, Victor renounced the Vallakovich name and took up "Hallwalker" as a dedication to "Jeff Hallwalker" - Mialee's Animated Armor Bodyguard during her stint in the Barovia, that saved her life from the Wraiths when Victor ran away and left her behind.
