A spelljamming lizardfolk merchant from the world of Katiel, and a friend of Limni Diluvi. Cipactli is the one who set up Limni with one of his old Flying Fish spelljammer ships, and also gave him a hint regarding the Illiadian Artifacts that were brought off-world. He's got a silver tongue and a proficiency with bardic magic; similarly to Limni, which is probably why they hit off so well with each other.
