Every so often the subway train passes underneath the bar and shakes the room, bottles and all the glasses.
The bar is run by DWARFS and has a reputation as a rough hangout. It is very small and cramped but offers strong booze and live entertainment either in the form of music or fist fights. The bar is run by MAL SAMS. It is a known hangout of some of the captains of the HOODED DEATH.
