Halia Thornton was the guild mistress of the Phandalin's Mine Exchange. She was a middle aged humanserving as the guild mistress of the local miner's exchange and so dealt with a lot of the locals. At some point she was one of three members alongside Sildar Hallwinter and Harbin Wester that ruled Phandalin. She dissapeared and many said she had gone back to Neverwinter to reconsider her life path.
