Tresendar Manor is a building which resembles more a castle than a house in the northeast side of Phandalin. It stands at the east edge of town on a low hillside amid woods and thickets. The ancient manor has had a long and varied history, much of it standing abandoned, even serving as a stronghold for the Redbrands, a local bandit group that was dispersed by a wandering group of adventurers. Currently, the manor has been repaired somewhat by Sildar Hallwinter who is trying to remake the manor into Phandalin's stronghold and barracks.
