The Smithy was the local blacksmith of Phandalin, located on the north side of town along the road that connected the town square to the Unknown. Customers entered the Smithy to an open area containing the forge and a number of anvils. The rest of the building was walled off and private. Blacksmithing services were provided by smith Thagren Ironforge. However, after his untimely death it has remained unused. Recently however, it has been taken over by Ghelryn who has decided to settle down and do some good with his craft.
