Voting Members:

Grizzelda Copperwraught

Grizzelda's life has been spent building things. She came to Lord Dagult Neverember's notice after her efforts to repair the ravaged Neverwinter were the most successful of all, for her natural leadership skills complemented her instincts on how to run a worksite. She is primarily responsible for the rebuilding of Leilon but also any future expansion. Beyond that role she is the first among the council, serving as the principal council member.

Valdi

Valdi is more at ease on a fishing barge than a council tent and it shows. However she was selected by Lord Dagult Neverember for her expertise for creating a profitable fishing industry from scratch, something she's done before. She is responsible for any activities involving water navigation and fishing, from the catching to the trading.

Rhogar Merrygold

Rhogar Merrygold serves many roles in the council. As a cleric and a representative of Lathander he is responsible for the spiritual and religious development in Leilon but he also is responsible for the towns health care and even managing the town's children.

Hazz Yorrum

Technically not a full council member Lieutenant Hazz Yorrum represents the detachment of Neverwinter forces that form up the Leilon Guard. The intention is that when the town is up and running he will not have a vote but instead report to the council.

The Leilon...Some?

An odd entry to a political structure, instead of an individual, the organization representing the members of the @Leilon Protectorate has been given a vote and a seat at the table. It is hard to tell if that system will stay or be changed.
