The Estate of Dead Snakes

Following the assassination by the slaves who were members of the Dead Snakes

Cladas Ko (Dead)

On interrogating the slaves they discover that they are members of the Dead Snakes and that they do not know that Rajaat is there leader. They believe that the mission of the Dead Snakes is to liberate the slaves of Athas and overthrow the Sorcerer Kings.  

The head of the Villa Zaethus Nauripides will order all the slaves in his employ executed and will plan to buy more from the slave market in Balic. If they stay long enough, they will see the mass execution.  

The other surviving members of The Veiled Alliance will inform them that they know of one other member of the Dead Snakes if the party wants to investigate.  

They discover from the surviving members of the alliance that they have one lead - the owner of Havord’s Fine Clothing a merchant named Senra Havord is a member of the Dead Snakes. They will be asked to infiltrate the group. Or the group might come looking for them wanting revenger for their killing of Gethin. Bhurk will recognise them so they will have to kill him.

If they do any form of surveillance they will see Senra Havord accompanying Magavish Kastinoff to the Kastinoff Estate. If they search the estate they find letters that reveal that they have a high positioned contact in Nibenay - Siemhouk one of the kings most trusted Templar. She plans on betraying Nibenay by enflaming rather than calming him whilst he rages as he transforms slowly into a dragon. 

 Magavish Kastinoff and Senra Havord go to the Magical Chamber and there they perform a magic ceremony and contact Rajaat. Rajaat tells Magavish Kastinoff to send his eldest son - the one with the truesight - to meet Archmare who is amassing her troops in the desert for an attack on Balic. The son Akvos Kastinoff will act as her guide to the city. 

Magavish Kastinoff tells Rajaat that he has found the last copy of the Occultus Metamorphosis Avangion - he got his men to take it from the library in Bodach and they have delivered it to him. Rajaat insists that he destroy the book - it is the only thing that poses a threat to their plans. He says that a book which can instruct a candidate on how to become an avangion is a great danger. He does not say where on the estate the book is. 

They ask for assistance to defeat Andropinis. He tells them of a Helm of Brilliance buried in the Balic Gardens. If they try and dig it up, they discover the gardens are actually where the slain dead elves, murdered in the cleansing war, were unceremoniously dumped by the dictator Andropinis.
