Tall slender obsidian spires rise
throughout the High Quarter. Only nobles,
templars or individuals escorted by them may enter
the towers. Spiral stairs ascend to the tops of each
tower, where one can view the entirety of Urik and
even beyond the walls. Some even use it to view
the stars for omens in the night sky
