Third Division
Home to all the government buildings and home of all the lords, the third division is the most guarded division in Cathal. The entrance to this division is located within the inner ring of the second division and is heavily guarded. The tunnel that leads into the inner ring’s teleportation tower is covered in several arcane shrouds
On the 3rd division there are 4 large obsidian towers in each “corner” of the division, each home to one of the Lords. In the center of this division is the large domed building that spanned almost the entire size of this division. Beautiful flora and fauna occupy most of the unoccupied spaces in between the Lords towers and the central building. This central building acts as a hub for meetings between the lords, it is also home of the Lord of Libreum.
