Fourth Division
Under the first division is the fourth division, home to those who don't really belong. The magic that is used to light the other divisions is faulty here and most of the division is in darkness even during the day. Sewer pipes and other exhausts from divisions 1-3 let out into this division making the living conditions quite poor. There is no direct travel in and out of this division, instead people will use a variety of “secret” entrances located usually in alleyways behind some of the more sketchier buildings on the first division.

The House of Pain is a “Church” dedicated to the Malevolent God, Loviatar. It’s not a church in the traditional sense, it's a house where people go to be beaten and lightly tortured to find mental and sexual satisfaction. The owners of this establishment is owned and run by a female Tiefling named Arimaia or better known as Mistress Ari.
