The target and creatures within Immediate Range of the target suffer Damage equal to 4 + your Willpower Bonus + SL from your Manifest Test. A creature Damaged by this must also win a Hard (−20) Fortitude (Endurance) Test Opposing your Manifest Test or be Stunned until the beginning of your next turn.
