Vastly powerful in an extraordinarily narrow field of administration, such as access to a sealed archive, the requisitioning of arms, or granting permission to pilot a transport within a city, an Administratum Adept can greatly aid or hinder a party with the flick of their auto-quill. Few things are more frustrating than dealing with an embittered Adept who gleefully erects bureaucratic roadblocks simply to flex their limited power — blustering officiously, overly concerned with minutiae and procedure, all to be purposefully unhelpful. However, there are rare Adepts who are genuinely devoted to aiding others in bureaucratic struggles as a way to honour the Emperor.
