You’ve learned how to unleash a hail of fire to pin down your enemies. When you Rapid Fire you can choose to deal no damage and attempt to suppress them instead. Your targets must make a Discipline (Composure) Test opposed by your Ranged Test. If you win, you inflict the Restrained Condition on your targets until the start of your next turn.
