Heidi and Aesen embark on a trip back in time to the Ruined Kingdom from 200 years ago, 100 years before the events of Ragnarök. While they were originally there to train and to have a good time, they begin to fight over a misunderstanding of Aesen's challenge against Friede. The duo explore their various insecurities (Aesen's insecurity of being not in a good position for a half-Arceus and Heidi's identity crisis), talk things through, and become stronger siblings for it.
