Primacitta (The First City) is a Nation-State and City on the Eastern Continent of Garrond, centrally located on the plains of Semterra. It is the largest, contiguous nation of Garrond, stretching across half of the Semterra plain, across half of the Bullicante Mountain range, and with holdings along the Fleuvian River, all the way down to the Garrondic coast. Early history saw the city-state as an expansionist power; however, since becoming hemmed in by the Bullicante Mountain range and the Great Wyrm, Oscharon to their direct North, Montefleuve to the Northwest, the Glass Sea to the East, and Algoth Ur to the South, the Nation has stagnated in terms of land acquisition. Discovery of the New World, which the Primacittians have dubbed: Secuterram (Second Land), has spread a fever of expansionist dreams once more.
