Chemosh is an Infernal Demon originally too powerful to be in this world. But through careful manipulations he has found a way to get a fragment of him invited into the city by abusing the Wyrd, a risk he relished in taking. Having kidnapped Johnny Elfman's Fetch, he bartered for a Wyrd backed invitation into the city in order for the Wyrd to construct him his own body.
