For bluebooks, we use the first tracking method. You gain no Beats for Satiety Conditions resolving in bluebooks.

For Scenes, we use the second tracking method.

1 potential for 1 day of bluebook, 3 potential for 1 week of bluebook, 5 potential for 1 week of bluebook + Hunt Scene. All other modifiers are as indicated in the manual (Beast Core p.108).
