Rhea is the precarious and inquisitive eight-year-old daughter of Jade Jubilee. She lives in Japantown with her mom and her older brother Oliver Jubilee. Rhea is very playful and extroverted. She gets along with anyone and everything. Rhea is big on creativity and has a gaggle of friends at her new school already. She loves painting and making clay art with her mom's supervision.
