Ninhou Detention Center is a medium-security prison located just outside of Ninhou, designed to hold mostly non-violent offenders such as petty thieves, fraudsters, and minor drug offenders.
Compared to the infamous "Auspice Penitentiary", Ninhou Detention Center is much smaller and less fortified. The prison is surrounded by a tall brick wall with barbed wire at the top, but the security measures are not as sophisticated as those used in Auspice Penitentiary.
The interior of the prison consists of a series of cell blocks, each housing several dozen inmates. The cells are relatively small and sparsely furnished, with just a bed, a toilet, and a small table. The prisoners are allowed a limited amount of time each day outside of their cells for exercise and other activities.
Despite being less secure than Auspice Penitentiary, Ninhou Detention Center is still a formidable institution with a strong presence of guards and surveillance systems. The prison is known for its strict discipline and high level of organization.
