Long before living memory this world was broken in two and are now located on opposite ends of the core. A portal connects the two allowing for fast travel between them. The passage is not without risks however, there are rumors that some spelljammers which have attempted the traversal have gone missing and pirates are always lurking to snag careless travelers.
