Shortly after The Reckoning before the invention of the Spelljammers Malgali led his High Elf followers from their home on Twilight World back to their ancestral home Phantom World in order to be closer to his master Ilalokthramek. Living on the undead phantom world for centuries has created a new sub-race of Elves which call themselves Void Elves.
