In a bid to pay of the Triarchy of Terrams debt to The Diadem of Oswos, the Triarchy was forced to give the islands in the Kraken Depths as well as parts of mainland Terram to the Diadem who gave it over to its colonial mandate the "Oswos Trading Company" who have since the death of the Terror Triarch maintained its holdings there for centuries.
