Cadia is a half-elf who was adopted by Jarl Istvaan the Walrus, a goliath chieftain of Iron Maw. Despite being raised by the goliaths, she stands out with her shaved head and two antler-like tattoos on her scalp. She has a quiet and reserved personality, preferring to spend most of her time reading books rather than engaging in the rough and tumble lifestyle of the goliaths. However, she is not afraid to fight when necessary and can hold her own in battle if she ventures out into the cold tundra.
Despite her unusual appearance and background, Cadia has won the respect of many goliaths in Iron Maw with her intelligence and bravery. She is often sought out by her fellow townsfolk for advice and knowledge, and her knowledge of the outside world has proved invaluable to the isolated community. Though she sometimes struggles to reconcile her mixed heritage, Cadia is proud to call Iron Maw her home and will fiercely defend it against any threats.
