Emotionally shattered; -2 to Social and Resolve rolls, -5 to Intimidation rolls.
Possible Sources: Tremendous psychological trauma, mental powers.
Resolution: Roleplay therapy/find forgiveness/catharsis or achieve an exceptional success on a Torment roll.
Beat: You back down from a confrontation or fail a roll due to this Condition.

You are employed in some capacity in a job that makes demands on your time.
Possible Sources: Being employed, contract
Resolution: Losing or quitting job (abandon writing books or break contract)
Beats: Work interferes with other important goals.
