Sylas is the spirit of "The Ending." Because the Elves know the eventuality of death, Sylas is the spirit who prepares them for the inevitable. He is seen as a stag whose antlers drop golden leaves that turn to ash.

- The Ritual: "The Culling of the Wilted," where Elves ceremonially destroy beautiful objects they have made to practice the art of letting go.
