Elmani

An Elmani is anyone with partial elven blood in their bloodline. They can be descended from any type of elf. This term applies no matter how much or how little elven blood you have. Their traits and appearance can be any combination of their parent races.

Historically, frequency and perception of the Elmani within different societies has varied across many contexts.

Anywhere that elves can reach, it's theoretically possible for Elmani to be born.

Their rate of aging would be close to their parent race, but perhaps a bit slower.

Some combination of the strengths of their parent races.

Some combination of the weaknesses of their parent races.

Some combination of the innate abilities of their parent races.

Some combination of the senses of their parent races.

Female elves reach their fertile period only once per year in the spring, and they do not get pregnant as readily as human females. Therefore, an elven female is unlikely to produce a child unless she chooses to. Elven males, on the other hand, are fertile all of the time, and they may not realize how much more fertile other races are when coupling with them. It follows that most (not necessarily all) Elmani have a male elf in their lineage.
