Halfling, Mark of Healing w/ Aberrant Dragonmark Feat

Otto Ozzley is 44 year old 2 ½ foot tall blue eyed halfling from Tracteur Blindé Barony. He also has orange hair and a short orange beard and wears an eye patch over his left eye. He is a mischievous, but well meaning individual who seeks adventure. He met a wizard named Inazious the Inebriated who took him under his wing to teach him in the ways of magic. Unfortunately due to him always being drunk/ intoxicated he wasn't the best of teachers and that has caused for some strange side effects for Otto occasionally when he tries to cast spells. The wizard was recruited by a group of Dwarves and their Elf/ Tortle friends in order to sneak into a castle in the mountains and retrieve riches currently occupied by a dragon: Morgo the Maleficent. The wizard brought along Otto due to his insistence to get out and go on a quest. Unfortunately they were unsuccessful and Otto was captured by the dragon. Held prisoner and tormented by the dragon (given an Aberrant Dragon Mark MAYBE IN HIS EYE?) and attempting in any way to seek divine intervention to help his escape using his new found magic and artifacts he found (ARCANE FOCUS) while trapped in the castle while being forced to amuse this dragon. He thought he summoned a connection with a god Migneus but due to his inexperienced/ unstable magic and youthful ignorance, he summoned an evil connection with Vastul. Signing a contract out of desperation for having the ability to escape and making his tortuous dragon mark in his eye now a powerful tool to strengthen him for his journeys to come in the future. (MAYBE HAVE DARKVISION/ BE A TOOL FOR THIS EVIL GOD TO CONNECT WITH ME). He now hides this Purple dragon like eye under an eyepatch to conceal it and only reveals it to use its power in times of need. He seeks a new, more competent crew of adventurers to embark on a new (hopefully successful) quest and fulfill the demands of this evil god that he is now unfortunately indebted to but still has to rely on for his power.
Secret: He tells everyone that he summoned a connection with a good god to help him escape, but hes too embarrassed to say he messed up his spells/ religious Arcane focus item he found and now is locked into a contract with an evil god.
