Start: 15th of Duratus, morning, in the Buried Temple of Beskem with Bill Brouwen, Gabriel Perrin, and Aguilon strategizing ways to infiltrate the castle.
- Aguilon mentioned the mine had mineshafts near the surface that stretch along the eastern bluffs near Castle Cliffkeep which connected to escape tunnels from the Castle, long collapsed
- Castle Cliffkeep approaches: explode the front door, disguise as Sentinels, climb around the cliffs on the sides, infiltrate through the tunnels
- Party went to the mines with
Aguilon, found the squat stone-brink, soot-covered office of the Dwarven
Foreman Norman Stonebrow and his son Skip Stonebrow (both dwarven, bald, weathered
and sooty skin, and thick Wilford Brimly moustaches)
- Skip is very excitable, loves to run through the mines. Norman has many hand-drawn maps of the mines which he keeps on the walls of his office
- Skip led the party through the
mines for 2 hours, left the party at a stone brick tunnel unlike the rest of the rough mineshafts of the mine. The tunnel stretched several hundred feet before a collapse blocked the way
- Rohtagels dug through the rubble for 1 hour, took a level of exhaustion
- On the other side, the tunnel continued into an underground sleeping area for Sentinels stationed within Castle Cliffkeep, but was occupied bu 9 sleeping Vaakbonds
- Left door: latrine

- Inside the dungeon, Aoife Sweeney found Cachette Stray, unharmed and alone in a cell. She released Cachette and everyone gathered in front of the cave-in
