Balt was a member of the Vaakbonds during their occupation of Rookmore. He was captured after the warehouse fight, was interrogated and killed by Calliope who made him so scared he shit and pissed himself. Surviving a Vaakbond ambush, Argus von Steinberg threw his body off the eastern Irdus Bluffs into the Boreal Channel below.
