Very thin, 5'7" high elf who travels around Olessar with his massive carriage of caged animals for sale. He captures animals which are in no way trained to appropriate for typical pets.
Very impatient, harsh gravelly and reedy voice. He often goes down on the price of his animals when asked. Mortimer does not offer any additional goods or services, excpept spare food.
