If returned to the flock of Dohwar and freed of the influence of the Elder Brain Dragon, the pond returns to it's original state: a spring which can manifest wishes. Any whom the Dohwar allow can make a single wish (one per individual, as described in the Wish spell). Minor effects, like summoning objects and replicable magic are easily generated, while greater gifts are more likely to be spun by the chaotic whims of the Chimerazon. The Dohwar have no sway over this magic, only using the pond as their home. There is a limit to the power the pond can generate, and once used, the pond requires 100 years of experiences to be gathered and returned to the pond by the Dohwar before it can be utilized again.
The pond which a collective and flock of 42 Dohwar called their home. The pond was a small area of mid-morning of the Chimerazon, and had a light misting of cloudless showers.
